Terms of Service
The basics of how we quote, schedule and complete work.
Quotes
Quotes are free and based on the scope discussed and inspected at the time. Additional work discovered during the job, or changes you request, will be quoted separately before proceeding.
Scheduling
Start dates are confirmed in advance. Exterior work depends on weather, and we will let you know as early as possible if conditions require rescheduling.
Site access and preparation
We ask for reasonable access to the areas being painted. We protect floors, fixtures and furniture, and you're welcome to move valuables or fragile items beforehand.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your written quote. Invoices are issued on completion unless otherwise agreed for larger commercial or industrial projects.
Workmanship
We stand behind our work. If something isn't right with the finish, tell us and we'll come back and put it right. Normal wear, damage by others and pre-existing structural issues are excluded.
